Delivering High-Efficiency Hot Water Solutions: 4000L Cylinder Skid with Condensing Boilers

Insulated Pipework in a Portable Hot Water Skid with Pipework Labels for Clarity

At Flow Energy, we’re passionate about creating solutions that combine performance, efficiency, and reliability. Recently, we had the pleasure of delivering a high-capacity hot water system that does just that—a 4000L cylinder skid equipped with two high-efficiency condensing boilers.

From the very start, this project was about more than just hot water—it was about providing a seamless, turnkey solution for a commercial facility that demands both volume and consistency.

Two condensing boilers, each generating 180.3 kW of output at 80/60°C, are at the heart of this system. This means rapid water heating without compromising energy efficiency—a perfect combination for businesses that rely on a steady supply of hot water.

Big Capacity, Big Performance

With 4000 litres of storage, the system is ready to meet peak demand periods with ease. The numbers speak for themselves:

  • Estimated recovery rate: 6,181 litres per hour (from 15°C to 65°C)
  • First hour performance: 10,000 litres
  • Continuous performance: 6,000 litres per hour

Turnkey Convenience

Our goal was to make installation and operation as smooth as possible. With a quick eight day build time, the system was delivered to the site pre-plumbed, pre-wired, and pre-commissioned, ready to integrate seamlessly with minimal input. We also handled the Hiab freight delivery and post-installation commissioning to ensure everything performed flawlessly from day one.

The result was a reliable, high-performance hot water solution that allows our client to focus on their operations—not on worrying about hot water supply.

At Flow Energy, we take pride in designing and delivering systems that don’t just meet expectations—they exceed them. From commercial facilities to industrial sites, we’re here to ensure your hot water needs are always covered efficiently and effectively.
